Speak to the Duke of Lumbridge somewhere in the second floor of the Lumbridge Castle in Lumbridge. Ask him for a quest and he will hand you an air talisman and tell you to take it to the Wizards’ Tower to seek further counsel. Once you have acquired the air talisman, take it to the Wizards’ Tower south of Draynor Village. I suggest that you don’t teleport here yet because it is so close to where you are. | |||

Rune Mysteries
This quest guide was written by Big213 of JustRS.com.
Description: Recent research at the Wizards Tower has found a way to create Runes for the first time in centuries. Assist the head wizard Sedridor in his research and he too may teach you these secrets!
Requirements/Items: None (although 2 teleport runes to Varrock and possibly an Amulet of Glory would shorten this short quest a whole lot)
Starting Location: One the second floor of Lumbridge Castle
Reward: 1 quest point, an air talisman, and the ability to craft runes (runecrafting)
Instructions:
Speak to the Duke of Lumbridge somewhere in the second floor of the Lumbridge Castle in Lumbridge. Ask him for a quest and he will hand you an air talisman and tell you to take it to the Wizards’ Tower to seek further counsel.
