Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is a video game developed by Rockstar. It was originally released for the PlayStation Portable, however a PlayStation 2 version was released on June 6, 2006. The game is set in Liberty City before the events of Grand Theft Auto: III but after those of Grand Theft Auto Advance.

Missions

Slacker

Drive to St. Mark's District and park in the yellow marker. After the cut scene get into a vehicle and wait for Vincenzo's dealer to get in with you. Drive to the yellow marker in Chinatown to complete the mission. Reward for passing: $100.

Dealing revenge

Drive to Chinatown. After the cut scene, you will have to fight the dealer. Just keep punching and kicking him until he is dead. Next you need to kill two more dealers nearby. They are marked out as red dot on the map. A simple way to kill them it to just run them over with a vehicle, but you can chouse any method you wish. Reward for passing: $500.

Snuff

First you must get a gun from Ammu-Nation. Ammu-Nation will be marked in yellow on the map, so get a vehicle and drive there. Vincenzo will have already paid for a pistol, so you only need to pick it up. Next you need to head for the construction site. There you need to kill the two people guarding the entry way. Inside is another three people which need to be taken out. Walk over to the car, and your phone will ring. During the conversation, you will be asked to take the car and get it re-sprayed. Drive to the nearby Pay 'n' Spray, where it will be done for free. Reward for passing: $500.

Smash and grab

You need to get to the station and rescue Vincenzo's men before they are killed. A blue bar on the right of the screen will show you how much time you have remaining. First you need to gat a car with four seats. Drive as quick as possible to the garage and pick up the gang. When you do you will receive a three star wanted level. Next you need to lose the cops. The pay 'n' Spray shop is near by, so drive there to have the car re-sprayed. Then you need to drive the gang back to Vincenzo's. Reward for passing: $1000.

Hot wheels

Go and collect Vincenzo's car. When you get into the car, the police will show up and you will get a three star wanted level. Drive the car to the Pay 'n' Spray, then drive it to Vincenzo's lock-up. After the phone conversation, take the car to the car crusher to be destroyed. Reward for passing: $0, however you do get whatever the car's junk value is.

Bone voyeur!

Before you can start this mission, you need to change out of your Leone suit. Go back to your safe house to do so.

First get into JD's white van which is waiting out on the street. You need to drive around the Red Light District and collect $700 from the girls. You only have a certain amount of time to do this though. After you have collected the money, drive back to the club. Reward for passing: $500.

Don in 60 seconds

Get into the car out front. You will have a two star wanted level, which you must lose, so drive to the Pay 'n' Spray. Then drive Salvatore home. Reward for passing: $1000.

A volatile situation

First, get to the casino. When you get there you will receive a phone call from JD warning you that some Sindaccos are on the way to the casino. Three vehicles with Sindaccos will drive to the casino one at a time. You must stop them from planting their bombs at the casino. It is OK if one of them succeeds but any more and the casino will be destroyed. After you have stopped all three, a truck loaded with a bomb will drive to the casino. You must try and destroy the truck before it reaches the casino. If you fail in stopping the truck getting to the casino, the bomb on it will be armed. Now you will have 22 seconds to drive the truck to a safe distance from the casino and run away from it before it explodes. Reward for passing: $1,000.

Blow up 'dolls'

Get a vehicle, then drive to the bomb shop and have it fitted with a bomb. It is best to use a Sindacco Argento, as it won't arouse suspicion later in the mission, however any vehicle will do. After you have gotten the bomb fitted, drive it to the garage at the doll's house. Be careful not to damage the vehicle as too much damage will cause the vehicle to explode. As soon as you drive into the parking lot of the doll's house the Sindacco guards will start shooting you unless you have a Sindacco Argento. Therefore if you don't have a Sindacco Argento, you will need to kill the guards before driving your vehicle in. Park the vehicle in the garage, then run away and detonate it. Reward for passing: $1,500.

The offer

Go to the Portland Docks to meat with Jane Hopper. After the meeting, the striking workers will try to kill you. You need to run for your life out of the docks. Note that the striking workers have molotov cocktails. You pass the mission as soon as you leave the docks. Reward for passing: $500.

Ho selecta!

You must pick up six girls from around town and deliver them to the docks. You only have a certain amount of time to do this in so be quick. Reward for passing: $500.

Frighteners

You must scare the three union big shots driving around town. Make sure that you only scare them, don't kill them! If you kill more then one of them you fail the mission. Reward for passing: $1000.

Rollercoaster ride

First, you need to get to the radio station before Hopper leaves. You only have a limited amount of time so hurry. When you get there kill the Chauffer. After the cut scene, you will be wearing the Chauffeur’s cloths. Now get into the limo and wait for Hopper. Once Hopper is in the limo you need to scare her. A meter on the screen will let you know how well you are doing. After she submits, take her to the ferry station picket line to complete this mission. Reward for passing: $1000.

Snappy dresser

First, head to your apartment to pick up your camera. After you have got the camera, head over to Casa's deli. Casa will get into his van and drive off, and you must follow him. Don't get too close to Casa as you are following him, otherwise he will know you are there. Casa will stop to pick up some girls. After he does, continue to follow him. When he gets to his destination you need to take a photo of him. Then take this photo back to your mother. Reward for passing: $100.

Big rumble in little china

You need to go to Chinatown and kill two Triad gangs. One gang will be in a bulletproof fish van. Run the van off the road and the two Triads will get out. Kill them. The next gang is in a pedestrian only area that you can’t get to with a car or truck. However you can get in using a moterbike. These four Triads must be killed also to pass the mission. Reward for passing: $0.

Grease sucho

In this mission you take part in four car race across the town. Drive through every check point and win the race. After you have won the race, you then need to kill Sucho to pass the mission. Reward for passing: $1000.

Dead meat

You need to go to Casa' deli and pick him up. Then take him to the saw mill. Once inside the saw mill you need to kill casa by sneaking up behind him and hitting him with the axe. After you have killed casa the police will show up at the mill and you will get a two star wanted level. You need to drive the white van out and escape the police. Drive the van to the Pay 'n' Spray to lose the cops, then drive the van to Casa's deli. Reward for passing: $500.

No son of mine

For this mission your own mother calls a hit on you. There is a shotgun it front of you can use to kill the hitmen, however you can kill them using whatever method you like. Reward for passing: $0.

Shop 'til you strop

You need to take Maria to the shop. There she will rob something and you will get a one star wanted level. Now you must lose the cops either by going to the Pay 'n' Spray of simply waiting for your wanted level to drop by itself. When your wanted level is back to zero you will have to take Maria to another shop where she will steal again. This time you will get a three star wanted level. Now you need to drive Maria back to her apartment. (There is no need to lose the police this time). Reward for passing: $100.

Taken for a ride

Make sure you have a fast car for this mission. First take Maria to her dealer and park behind his car. The dealer will then kidnap Maria. Keep ramming the car until the Sindaccos get out, the kill them both. Next you need to take Maria back to her apartment. Reward for passing: $500.

Booby Prize

For this mission you need to win a bike race, so the first thing to do is find a bike and go to the start line. The race takes place over two laps. Reward for passing: $0.

Biker heat

You need to go to Chinatown and find Wayne. When you get there, Wayne will drive off on his bike. Grab one of the bikes lying around and give chase and kill him. Reward for passing: $1500.

Overdose of trouble

Get a vehicle and pick up Maria, then drive her to the diner at Callaahan Point. When you get there Wayne's gang will be there. You now need to drive Maria to Hepburn Heights while avoiding Wayne's gang. After you get to Hepburn Heights, you will need to drive Maria back to her apartment, then to Salvatore's mansion. Reward for passing: $0.

Contra-banned

First, get a vehicle with four sets. The Leone sentinel parked out front will do nicely. Then pick up the backup marked by the blue dots on the map, then go to the Portland docks. Near the yellow marker at the Portland docks is some body armor. Pick up the body armor if you don't have some already before you drive/walk into the yellow marker. During the cut scene the police will show up and you will get a 3 star wanted level. You must kill the drug dealers then take the vehicle with the drugs and lose the cops. After you have lost the cops take the vehicle to Salvatores's lock up to pass the mission. Reward for passing: $1000.

Salvatore's salvation

Salvatore has been kidnapped! When you leave the club JD will spot one of the people who kidnapped Salvatore. Follow his car without been seen. After the cut scene they will start to drive Salvatore to the crusher. You must stop the car from getting there, but don't shoot at it or blow it up. A few hits to the car and they should get out, when they do you need to take the car and drive it back to Salvatore's. Reward for passing: $1500.

The guns of Leone

First collect the sniper rifle on the roof across the road (It will be marked in green on the map). After getting the rifle, you need to get a good vantage point, which is marked in yellow. Salvatore will turn up, and you need to make sure that the Sindaccos don't kill him. After some time the police will show up. You will need to kill them also. Reward for passing: $3000.

Calm before the storm

Get to Salvatore's mansion before Massimo leaves. Massimo will leave in a helicopter which you must follow. After a quick stop, the helicopter will land on the roof of a building. Go up the stairs to the roof, where after the cut scene you will be spotted. Now you will need to kill the Triads. It is best to be armed before you start this mission. Reward for passing: $1000.

The made man

JD is going to become a made man. Get into the car and drive JD to the ceremony marked in yellow on the map. On the way some Sindacco hitmen will appear to try and kill JD. After killing them continue to drive to the ceremony where JD will be shot. Next you need to drive Mickey home. When the police see the car you will receive a two star wanted level. After you have dropped Mickey off you will need to dump the car into the river (just make sure you get out first!). Reward for passing: $1500.

The Portland chainsaw masquerade

Go and meet Vincenzo at the Freighter which is a short distance down the road. When you go inside, turn right to get a gun then turn around and go down the stairs. After you go down the first set of stairs turn left to get some body armor, and then continue down the stairs. When you go through the door it will be locked behind you and you will be chased by people with chainsaws. You need to kill them all. Be careful to not let them hit you as you will be quickly killed. There is also two health pickup in the room if you need them. Once you have killed them all Vincenzo will show up and try and kill you. A few shots to Vincenzo will finish him off, then head for the exit. Reward for passing: $3000.

Sindacco sabotage

First collect the weapon and body armor which have been left for you in the garage, then drive to the site where the Diablo onslaught is taking place. You now need to kill all the Diablos before they kill all the Leones. Reward for passing: $1500.

The trouble with Triads

Get to the warehouse. When you arrive the warehouse will be blown up. You need to walk into the flaming building and collect all of the money before it goes up in flames. You have 4:30. Be careful not to run into any of the flames as they will take a large part of your health. Once you have all the money take it back to Salvatore's. Reward for passing: $1500.

Driving Mr Leone

First drive Mr Leone to the ferry terminal. When you get there the police will be waiting and you will receive a three star wanted level. Now drive to Callahan Bridge where you will need to use the ramp to jump over it. Once across you need to get to the safe house. Reward for passing: $4000, and Subways and ferries will now be working.

A walk in the park

For this mission you must kill Mayor R.C. Hole. When you enter the park you will receive a one star wanted level. Note that while a police bribe is available in the park and will reduce your wanted level back to zero the police will still shoot at you. After you have killed the mayor you need to get his mobile phone and take it to Salvatore. Reward for passing: $1500.

Making Toni

Drive to the meeting place where you will meet Salvatore. That's it! Reward for passing: $2000.

The morgue party candidate

First you must steal the hearse before it gets to its destination. Once you do you will get a three star wanted level, which you must lose. Drive to the Pay 'n' Spray shop to lost the cops, then drive the car to Donald's garage. Reward for passing: $1000.
