In this game, many enemies will sometimes drop Parts when they're destroyed. By talking to Cerveau, you can combine these Parts to make items. You can also gather recipes, which tell you what Parts to use to make a certain item. However, you don't need the recipe to make the item, and not every item has a recipe available in-game.
Head Chips
A-Charge
This makes both of Zero's weapons charge automatically, so you don't need to hold the buttons.
A-Recover1
This slowly refills Zero's HP while he is standing still. However, it doesn't refill his Sub Tanks.
A-Recover2
This slowly refills Zero's HP while he is standing still. However, it doesn't refill his Sub Tanks. Works faster than A-Recover1.
A-Recover3
This slowly refills Zero's HP while he is standing still. However, it doesn't refill his Sub Tanks. Works faster than A-Recover2.
Q-Charge1
This makes Zero's weapons charge faster.
Q-Charge2
This makes Zero's weapons charge faster than with Q-Charge1.
Q-Charge3
This makes Zero's weapons charge faster than with Q-Charge2.
A-Filling
This slowly refills ammo for weapons that have limited ammo.
WeaponPlus
This increases the ammo capacity for weapons with limited ammo by 1.
JunkHead
The head part of the Junk Armor.
Body Chips
Absorber
With this equipped, Zero doesn't get pushed back when he takes a hit.
Rolling
With this equipped, Zero can perform a rolling slash by pressing 
+ Saber in midair, or or 
+ Saber during a dash.
Erase
With this equipped, Zero's Saber can destroy some enemy shots.
Strong
With this equipped, spikes only do damage instead of instantly killing Zero.
Stronger
With this equipped, spikes only do damage (less than with Strong) instead of instantly killing Zero.
Strongest
With this equipped, spikes only do damage (less than with Stronger) instead of instantly killing Zero.
Reflect
This allows Zero's Saber to reflect some enemy shots.
Extend
This makes Zero's temporary invincibility after taking a hit last longer.
Elf
This raises the Cyber-Elf's max level by 1.
JunkBody
The body part of the Junk Armor.
Foot Chips
Quick
This makes Zero run faster.
DoubleJump
This enables Zero to jump a second time while in midair.
SplashJump
This enables Zero to jump across the surface of water.
SpikeTypeI
This enables Zero to walk on ice without slipping.
SpikeTypeW
This keeps Zero from being pushed back by wind or pulled by magnets when he is on the ground.
Frog
This makes Zero slide down walls more slowly.
JunkFoot
The foot part of the Junk Armor.
Other
S-Crystal
This can be used to make the JunkBody chip. They can also be traded to Hirondelle for two Sub-Tanks each.
