In Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, there are two methods of control; using the analog controller or using a USB compatible keyboard and mouse.

- Directional keys: Operate camera / Move sight (cannot be changed)
- B : Melee / Lower weapon
- V : Open Main Menu
- A : Move left
- D : Move right
- 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 : Select weapon
- Q : Change shortcut item
- R : Reload
- Left-click + F or Enter + F : Deactivate Limit Break
- Space : Jump
- Pause : Pause
- Enter : Shoot
- N : Toggle weapons
- W : Move forward
- S : Move backwards
- Shift : Hold to walk
- M : Map
- E : Use shortcut item
- F : Magic
- X : Crouch / Stand
- Z : Zoom
- Tab : Reset Camera
