Windslayer template

Hi. I've moved your Windslayer template to Template:Wind Slayer/Skill Info, since all templates should be in the "Template" namespace. I've also changed its category to Category:Guide-specific templates, since the Category:Templates category is reserved for site-wide templates. If you want to rename images, just use the "Move" tab at the top of the page to move to the name you want. As for making them all the same for your template, as long as the image names reflect our policies, it's fine with me. Alternatively, you can just pass the image filename as a parameter in your template. If you aren't going to upload all the images yourself, I would highly consider doing it that way, because others uploading images in the future may not understand the strict naming guidelines needed to make the template work. - najzere 23:05, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Yes, you can answer here, that way everyone can see the progression of the discussion. Also, use colons (:) to indent, so we can see the different responses. Finally, use four tildes (~~~~) or the sig button on the toolbar () to sign your posts. - najzere 23:13, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Image uploads

Make sure you add categories and a meaningful description of the image when uploading pictures. You can find image category tags here and here. Take a look at this diff to see the changes I made to WS-Fire Bolt Info.png. - najzere 01:39, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

Wind Slayer Template

I guess you're not watching my talk page, so I'll respond here too. I moved all the skills into one page, so {{SUBPAGENAME}} wouldn't work in the template. I'm sure it made all the templates on the individual pages look weird, but those need to be deleted. Undo your last edit to the template and take a look at the Mage skills page to see what I mean. - najzere 09:05, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

WTF!! Is this page for you only or for everyone? Ive been working on this template for days and you know it. And now you're saying that I need to remove it? Sorry for ruin you're work, and thanks for the swoopin I guess (you did such a great work after me). Its been fun making something you have to remove. Guess the only option to add something is to change wiki? And for future reference, open you're mouth when someone is working on something you don't like. --Glericus 09:22, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

First of all, calm down. Keep your conversations civil. I'm not saying we need to delete the template, but the individual skills pages. I've already moved the content from the ones you've created to the Wind Slayer/Mage skills page for you. All I'm saying is that there isn't enough information on individual skills for them to need their own pages. Please let me remind you that this is a wiki, and as such it can and will be edited by anyone. I like your template and I think the Mage skills page looks good with it. It just needed a tweak to work on the page. Hopefully I've clarified somewhat for you. - najzere 09:27, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

Ahhh, good thinking. And here I thought you where a jerk, sorry. It looks good. Can I get you're opinion on the pic in front of each skill, shall we keep it for the looks, or remove it because it displays in the infobar? And we could add the skill info text to the info box as well. BTW I got mad because I spent allot of time on trying to understand and build the template, and didn't relay think you could us it more then once on a page.

No problem. As for the pics, I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but there are definitely too many identical images in each section. So however you want to take care of that should be fine. For the skill info text, if it's like a complete sentence or two, it would probably look better outside the template. It's more of a style issue though. - najzere 10:40, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
