There are 22 Tarot Cards in Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen. Each card has a specific statistic altering trait when pulled, as well as a special effect when used in battle.

Magician Intelligence +1 Attack: Causes damage using Fire Magic.
Priestess Alignment +1 Heal: Cures 50 HPs for all friendly characters.
Empress Charisma +2 Heal: Completely heals all friendly characters.
Emperor Charisma +2 Support: Allows one additional attack for all friendly characters.
Hierophant Alignment +2 Disable: Puts all enemy to sleep, keeping them from attacking.
Lovers Reputation +2 Disable: Causes all enemy to fight for you.
Chariot Strength +2 Attack: Calls the god Loki to attack enemies.
Strength Strength +1 Support: Increases all friendly character's defense rating.
Hermit Intelligence +2 Attack: Calls the magician Merlin to attack enemies. (lightning magic)
Fortune Reputation randomly +3/+2/+1/-1/-2/-3 Disable: Causes all enemy to flee the battle.
Justice HP +1 Attack: Causes damage to enemy by creating an ice storm.
Hanged Man Strength -1 Disable: Lowers all enemie's defence rating.
Death Reputation -2 Attack: Calls Death to wipe out weakened enemies. (<50% HP)
Temperance Reputation +2 Heal: Cures friendly characters of paralyzation, sleep, etc.
Devil Reputation -2 Attack: Calls the demon Asmodeus to attack enemies. (black magic)
Tower Alignment -2 Attack: Causes damage to enemy by creating an earthquake. (does not affect flying units)
Star Agility +1 Support: Increases all friendly character's agility. (affects evade/dodge)
Moon Causes nighttime Disable: Moves enemy in front ranks to the back, and vice versa.
Sun Causes daytime Attack: Damages ALL characters with a low alignment. (white magic; the lower the alignment, the higher the damage; instantly kills undead)
Judgement HP +2 Attack: Causes damage using White Magic.
World All deployed units gain Tarot benefits Support: Protects all friendly characters from magic attacks.
Fool Luck +1 Disable: Causes all enemy except for the unit leader to flee the battle.
