When using Template:File

Heya! When using {{File}} on images, you do not need to use the |license= section if you are filling in the |type= section, and you also do not need to manually add categories. The File template should automatically link files to categories based off of what is entered in |game= and |type=. For the recent uploads, adding |game=Castlevania Legends will automatically add the game to Category:Castlevania Legends images for you. Lastly, please generate a link to your sources using Brackets (see File:CastlevaniaLegends Boxart JP Back.jpg for an example). Thank you for your recent work!! Trig - 22:37, 11 October 2021 (UTC)

I've removed the js that was supposed to throw a warning if people tried to upload a file without categories. If that was forcing you to categorize your uploads, it shouldn't anymore. -- Prod (talk) 14:27, 13 October 2021 (UTC)
