Don't waste time beating the Tank General at his own game, especially since Scorpions and Marauders are not available. Build up an adequate defense while preparing for the actual assault to overwhelm his base later on.

Key strategies[edit]

  • You want your base to be reasonably compact so that it will be easier to defend. Do not use Stinger Sites for this purpose, as the Dragon Tanks and MiGs will melt through its occupants like paper. Instead, build two Palaces on both sides of the Command Center and fill them with RPG Troopers.
  • The Nuclear Missile will not be constructed as long as you don't have your Superweapon up. Winning without a SCUD Storm is entirely feasible.
  • Jarmen Kell and Quad Cannons can help fight off infantry. Jarmen Kell is better suited to engaging them near the frontlines while sniping vehicles, and Quad Cannons have their place inside to pick off Helixes.
  • Constantly produce Workers to replace lost ones when the MiGs start attacking.
  • Reserve enough space to build a number of Black Markets behind the base. They'll silently generate income for use in defense.
  • A bit of micromanagement may be necessary to pick off enemy vehicles.
  • There's a perfect spot between the Command Center and one of the Air Fields for a Sneak Attack Tunnel.


Walkthrough[edit]

Queue up eight or nine extra workers. Build a Supply Center to the east, a Barracks close to it, and an Arms Dealer to the north. Place the Arms Dealer a bit closer to the Command Center so there is enough space to build Black Markets.

Once the Arms Dealer has been completed, build two Palaces next to the Command Center simultaneously. If possible, construct Tunnel Networks for free RPG Troopers, then get the Reinforced Structures upgrade as soon as possible.

Don't let up while defending. Enemy Battlemasters and Gattling Tanks will be rolling into the base soon. After deploying Jarmen Kell to fight off infantry, start building Black Markets, a Radar Van, and two Quad Cannons.

The Palaces will take most of the heat when enemy units arrive, and so will the Command Center. Have Workers stationed behind them for repairs.

Purchase AP Rockets, Radar Van Scan and Worker Shoes from the Black Markets. Once enough Black Markets are running, purchase Arm the Mob and start spamming Angry Mobs to tear apart Emperors that Jarmen Kell alone can't handle. They will be vulnerable to MiGs and Helixes, but with Quad Cannons protecting the skies the MiGs usually won't survive the return trip and must be rebuilt.

With a Sneak Attack Tunnel, Jarmen Kell and a Rebel, it is possible to steal a Dozer to build a Nuclear Reactor, which can greatly improve construction and production times. While it's recharging, build Battle Buses (upgrading them with Salvage crates is optional) and RPG Troopers, then store them all in Tunnel Networks. When the time is right, launch a Sneak Attack to destroy the Command Center, War Factories and any Dozers that return to construct them. From there, his base can be cleared out with help from Rocket Buggies and Quad Cannons.
